More neat research with stark results on atrophy of fast-twitch muscle fibers with age:

Thank you @sweatscience for the nice write up featuring our study in @japplphysiol ➡️ow.ly/gh0050TeemN. We just published a follow up in @JPhysiol, and the age-related loss in fast fiber power and size is truly remarkable. #exercise 🏋️‍♂️💪#myotwitter ➡️physoc.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.11…

Really gross stuff. Jagmeet Singh was born in Canada. This is just flagrant, unapologetic racism.

Trudeau is literally answering every question this morning by telling Poilievre to get his security clearance. And I think it’s the best.

What does this tell you? Yves-Francois Blanchet gets his top-secret security clearance, reads the report, and immediately turns his attention to Poilievre: “The one thing I will allow myself to say: Mr. Poilievre cannot make the necessary arrangements without obtaining his…

It’s funny how they lie, then point to the documents to prove their case, which just prove that they’re lying. This has happened on more than one occasion, but good on them for being so open about the fact that they are just lying.

This is @ElectionsNB Chart. A word of caution though, responsibility for official languages in New Brunswick is both a federal and provincial responsibility due to NB's constitution. It is incorrect in the Chart that it is only a federal responsibility.

The bullshit framing around Canada's 'economy' is really starting to grate. Canada's GDP is 2.138 TRILLION dollars. Montana's is 55.19 billion. 'GDP per capita' doesn't indicate big new problems but rather that we had a massive spike in new arrivals the last three years.

This week’s Economist says that under the Trudeau government, Canada has gone from being slightly richer than Montana, America's ninth-poorest state, to being a bit worse off than Alabama, the fourth-poorest. To fix a problem, one has to admit that it exists. Watch. #cdnpoli
