For anyone interested in the Ravenhill Greenway consultation, but can't attend today, here are QR codes. I'm in favour of a Two way cycle lane to give cyclists the upmost protection and safety.

I have contacted @EamonRyan as Minister for Environment in Irish Govt, to intervene & ask UK Govt declare Lough Neagh an environmental emergency & devise an emergency response plan. I've also asked can Irish Govt offer assistance, this has implications for the entire island.

Government confusion over whether it's safe to eat fish caught on Lough Neagh’s chronically polluted waters: Public Health Agency says fish shouldn't be eaten if caught recreationally...but the same fish might be safe if caught by a commercial vessel. belfasttelegraph.co.uk/business/agri/…

My heart is bursting with pride that our Groogs has become the first ever Green in Northern Ireland to take on such a role. History maker and she will be a huge credit to all of this city for the year ahead.

The South and East Belfast Greens. This city will still have a strong environmental voice representing it. Early indications are the vote in East Belfast is up by another few hundred. We're building something, we're not going away.

One of my reasons for getting involved in politics was because I wanted to make this city & our planet a little bit better for my young son. Lend me your vote next Thursday in Lisnasharragh & let's continue to build a #GreenerCleanerFairer society for all.

Another great night, lots of conversations and ground covered. Everything from wanting a better more connected city, improved active travel, a city centre we can be proud of. In it to build a #GreenerCleanerFairer Belfast.

"Sammy" the seal spotted poking his head above the water at the river Lagan in Belfast today. It's believed that Sammy is travelling upstream following the salmon.

Over the past 4 years I've made active travel a priority both in Lisnasharragh & wider Belfast. I have focused on getting results for the people of this city. If you want stronger active travel options, lend me your vote on May 18th. For a #GreenerCleanerFairer Belfast.

Belfast City Centre has been ignored & failed politically for decades as there were never any votes in it, yet it is home to lots of jobs. Developers have also sat back, as parts of it crumble around us. Let's build a city centre we can be proud of. #GreenerCleanerFairer

Glad to see @Briansmyth99 again managed to defer a decision at licensing last night to remove pavement cafe licenses from Voodoo & City Picnic at the request of DfI. Businesses in our city centre are on their knees & they need our support, DfI need to step up (1/2)

📆 Today is the first day of Spring and still we wait for our devolved government to be restored 📆 Meanwhile, budget uncertainty is paralysing the public sector & people wait longer and longer for hospital appointments & basic service provision. #TimeForSolutions
