We added a defender to BOUNCE BALL and it took the game to a whole new level! Teams pass the ball around the circle to get an open throw at the exercise ball. If someone on your team catches the bounce (including the thrower), a point is scored!

How do you conduct your warm-up? I use instant activity sheets. Theses are 5-10 per selected exercises students complete. As fitness levels improve the number of repetitions and difficulty of the exercise increases. ⁦@OPENPhysEd⁩ planning & preparation best practices. ⁦
