Monocytes’ doppelgängers. The more we explore monocyte heterogeneity and origin, the clearer it becomes that there's still so much to learn! with @mildnerlab

7 MDP-derived and 3 GMP-derived cell subsets were described within the Ly6C+ CD115+ gate. Are all these distinct #monocyte populations or do we have doppelgängers within them? We discussed this with @simonyona in @SciImmunology Check here: science.org/doi/10.1126/sc…

Well that’s something to be proud of. QMUL is the top English university for student social mobility. Think of all those people with new opportunities. Wonderful.

🚨 The top 20 universities for social mobility in England 🚨 Our research with @TheIFS calculated a ‘mobility score’ for every university in the country, based on how many disadvantaged students get in, and how well they do after graduation ⬇️ buff.ly/3HNouqe

Phenomenal paper just published in Science persuasively demonstrating that EBV causes most if not all multiple sclerosis. Phenomenal epidemiological design and technical achievement. 👏 science.org/doi/10.1126/sc…

I took the subway today and in my car everybody was wearing a mask. Except for one person who was - fittingly - also picking her nose.
