During our everyday life it can be difficult to take notice of those things we see around us all the time. Try some simple mindfulness activities & take some time out. Spend some time in either outside or inside your house and focus on the things around us we usually bypass
When we think of kindness we often think of helping other people. We can forget about being kind to ourselves, You are important try to plan in time to do something that makes you happy and keeps you calm. -talking to a friend -going for a walking -doing some colouring
Our Community Hub will be taking calls between 9am-5pm today (Friday) and 10am-3pm over the weekend, to answer urgent queries related to support for coronavirus. You might end up talking to one of these lovely people, part of our army of #CovidChampions 👇
