Exciting development by @NancyZh60672287 and @ZongmingMa to rectify and recover signal lost during data integration! Congratulations to the team!

What gets erased when you integrate single cell data, and can you recover it? Finally, we know what happens and how to recover the lost signals. So excited to share CellANOVA, published online today in NBT! go.nature.com/4hZnzW5

Very happy to see the paper out today on NBT. See the thread by @NancyZh60672287 for some perspectives about batch integration that have motivated this work.

Wow, diffusion models (used in AI image generation) are also game engines - a type of world simulation. By predicting the next frame of the classic shooter DOOM, you get a playable game at 20 fps without any underlying real game engine. This video is from the diffusion model.

Awesome work by @adamjrubin on dissecting TCR signaling (and extendable to others!). Congratulations!

Excited to share our study of T cell signaling, where we directed high-content, single-cell genetic screening to uncover how a single adapter protein orchestrates a complex cellular process essential for health. (1/14) biorxiv.org/content/10.110…
