As leaders, our role is to bring out the best in our people by unleashing their fullest potential to excel. As leaders, it’s ok to stretch our people, but not stress them if we want to unlock greatness together. We as leaders, we’re also in it with them!

Leaders must set challenging KPIs but it should be realistic and achievable for those who practice consistency and discipline. Setting unreasonable or unrealistic KPIs actually sets people up for failure or to perform way below their potential. @_Career_
