Who gets to interpret the constitution Mr Tribe? The guys who said the 14th Amendment is just for decoration or the ones who invented presidential immunity out of thin air?
I respect those who say otherwise, but itโs just not true that โall the guardrails are gone.โ Theyโre weakened, but many remain โ at the state and local levels, and even in key aspects of federal law that remain very much in place. Our Constitution is more than just empty words.
