Shit the attrition rate for any school/district is high right now cause the teachers are getting tested on a daily basis and treated so horribly .
And this is the reason why the attrition rate for that school is so high smh
And now I’m about to get in trouble for something i was told in a meeting to a parent. It is a new county I’m in this year how yall gonna get mad at me over something i was told by another staff member that has been with the county for YEARS 😅
They have a meeting EVERYDAY! at least once or twice after school.. and i still have my own self and family to take care of.. when are you expecting me to get anything done?!
