You can tell me all you want about Johan Rojas but for me he isn’t on the roster - 80 grade speed included. His only skill (speed) is far outweighed by his mistakes and bad baseball plays.

My biggest mistake as a young coach? Too much sarcasm and not enough empathy. It took me a long time to learn that coaches who show empathy can inspire athletes to give more effort. It increases their confidence and helps them deal with adversity better.
