At last night’s BOE meeting, EGRSF's Amy Stuursma presented EGRPS with a check from monies raised through last summer’s community-wide One East campaign. Thank you to everyone from donors to yard sale volunteers to individual fundraisers who helped make it an incredible success!

We should always seek to improve the education of our children. Trying to tear down our public school system to replace it with a publicly funded private system is the opposite of improvement. We have survived these past 4 years let us show her what true collaboration produces.
I am so thankful for the incredible effort of our teachers, administrators, and parents to make tomorrow happen. EGR is all about the kids. We have come together for them and their education. If we keep the kids as our focus, we will be able to overcome whatever obstacle we face.
