UN Special Rapporteur Francesca Albanese calls David Lammy a 'genocide denier' pulse.ly/hobvwrui2g

Western leaders cannot call what is occurring in Gaza a genocide because they are themselves all complicit. Just like a gang of thieves that can’t admit the wrongdoing of the others without incriminating themselves, they are obliged by their guilt to lie to their last breath.

It’s so clear journalists in Britain are being silenced if they even mildly speak up about Gaza and yet their industry peers, who know exactly what’s happening, are looking on with indifference.

Here's the full quote from Isabel Oakeshotte (reportedly paid £250,000/year by Rupert Murdoch to say such terrible things), & a link to the 'interview' containing one of the most disgusting diatribes against sick & disabled people the UK has ever winessed: youtube.com/watch?v=kgbdgD…

Farage playing a very dangerous game and stirring up the anger of people online, again. This guy really isn't fit for high office. Making vague accusations of "cover-ups" and "what he really knows is going on". Online full of "I've heard the same reports" nonsense.

Elon Musk, the Saudi royal family, and two Russian oligarchs bought Twitter to influence the American election and get Donald Trump back in office. It's really that simple folks.

Sadly this case is all too common. 😔. I once tried to help a pt in this exact scenario w/ a direct referral to Ortho as pt Needed hip replacement asap. Instead, I was reprimanded by the senior partner for not following the “locally agreed ICB physio pathway”. Bonkers 🤦🏽‍♂️.

Advice please - patients, doctors, solicitors. My dad has been waiting for a hip replacement for 81 weeks. Started having a sore hip in March 2023 and promptly saw his GP. The XR showed severe osteoarthritis of his left hip. The GP could not refer directly to orthopaedics... 1/

If anyone has any advice on what we can do about this, please get in touch. Who do I hold responsible for my dad's deteriorating health? NHS England? The government? The NHS is letting us all down, this is the fault of those at the top. /

Ray Hearne Reposted

You can clearly see how having trusts who don't share the same IT systems creates delays in care. You can clearly see how outsourcing referrals to specialist physiotherapists, can also cause delays - why could the GP not refer to orthopaedics?! ... 16/

The operation will be more difficult and his recovery will be longer due to prolonged wait - now 85 weeks. The proposed surgery will make it 108 weeks... 15/

I feel for all those that I see at work, in A&E, who can not get the care that they should because of the system. I have already supported my dad in putting a complaint to PALS, the local ICB, the trust... but it has gone nowhere... 14/

I'm a doctor in the NHS, my parents are proudly working class. I never thought the NHS could get this bad and I'm saddened to be working for such an institution. I respect my colleagues immensely, this a purely a management issue based on years of cuts to the NHS... 13/

Ray Hearne Reposted

I have looked into having this done privately. I have a small amount of money put away towards a deposit for a house that I could use but can not cover the whole amount of the operation - it seems that health is now a privilege in the UK and this is terribly disappointing... 12/

He finally had his consultation with orthopaedics today and was told "you need a hip replacement". He's been told 6 months from now. I'm worried - it's likely he will lose his home if he has to stop working prior to the operation... 11/

This is a man who has been paying his NI and taxes from the age of 16. He works hard. He pays rent, he does not own his home. He does not receive sick pay from his employer. He is now falling over as he can not weight bear through his left hip at all... 10/
