Updating our profile for validating why all real estate is global and no longer local :)
sellers should not use legacy agents to list or help market their properties. legacy agency only market locally and do not think globally
only legacy agents still think that real estate is local which is just a sales pitch
you make real estate global by connecting online and distributing information about properties to your network of contacts.
thanks to all of our new followers. remember leong's law, all real estate is global because of the Internet, Web, social networking and you
revisted 2008 law "all real estate is global" which deprecated the sales pitch "all real estate is local" http://corey.leong.name/law/
Thanks to all of your new followers! Real Estate Is Global not local.
new project on the horizon for global real estate
with international domain names (idns) on the way in 2010, @realweb will become more global as non-english real estate users join the web
younger gen will change this antiquated mindset because they see globally
traditionalists and boomers get this wrong quite often; need to rewire them for the information age
it's the information on the web or thru out the internet which makes real estate global
we'll finally be able to retire the old saying, real estate is local. :)
chinese, japanese, korean, etc. domain names on the internet for real estate companies etc.
with domain names getting internationalized, real estate is truly going global
@RobinTaylorRoth re market is part of global ecomony, oil, interest rates, import/exports trading, stock markets, etc. #reisglobal
@RobinTaylorRoth because users can search online, real estate is global. "real estate is local" is a sales pitch and a pre-internet saying.
@RobertMByrne the web has made real estate global. "real estate is local" is a sales pitch for consumers.
