What’s one thing you’re going to focus on to improve your #trading in 2024?
Instead of bashing money and the way some spend their money, people should strive to get rich. Money can help many, many more people that one without money ever could. Money can be used to feed people, build schools, hospitals, gyms, retirement homes, to find cures, etc. 💰
In 2024 I’ll try to stay as detached as possible from my PnL by not over-focusing on market fluctuations and letting the trades come to me.
What do market predictions for 2024 and expired coupons have in common? They both give you false hope and are worthless when it really matters.
It doesn’t matter whether you’ve had a good or a bad performance in 2023. What matters is that you’ve survived, learned from your mistakes and started to implement ways to improve. That’s how you win in any type of market, regardless of performance. Good results will ensue.
There are only two ways to lose at the trading game. Either you never learn from your mistakes, or you quit. As long as you’re still playing the game and learning from your mistakes, you’re winning.

Btw my crypto portfolio is up triple digits vs only +93.64% in my stock trading account but that’s cheating, coz nothing beats just holding cryptos during a crypto bull 😂

One would think systematic traders get rid of the emotional factors in trading, yet they are always there.
#Trading will never be just about numbers; it'll always be an art. The real skill lies in crafting your unique way to filter the noise and mastering the calm in the emotional storm. This applies regardless of whether your more of a systematic or discretionary trader.
Sometimes it takes ten years of struggles to get that one “lucky” year that changes your life
The number of channels dedicated to only 1 particular investment (1 stock/crypto/commod) acting like an echo chamber is mind boggling Anyone who's been thru a couple of cycles know that just being all-in in 1 thing & holding till death do you part is a recipe for utter disaster
