There’s such thing as UV index, irradiation scale dan ability to produce melanins. Org kulit tan can withstand more than fairskin. Pakailah sunscreen bila perlu. Do things moderately. Jangan buta tuli ikut kultus matahari. (Nk kena korek gobok to flex scroll japgi😝)
I don’t wear sunscreen, I don’t believe in it. This includes chemicals, umbrellas or buildings. We need sun on skin to make vitamin D. If you have an underlying health condition like diabetes, hyperthyroidism, obesity, insomnia, anxiety etc, check that you’re getting enough sun.
