I was (am) a massive fan of Hudson-Odoi but I'm not convinced we'd have been able to bring this side of him back out at Chelsea. He needed a club where he could play every week and build up confidence and momentum - credit to Forest for seeing the opportunity and trusting in it

I've kept quiet about the ownership civil war because its just a lot of folks blindly assigning things they like to the side they like and vice versa, but if you can find a way to refine (not overhaul) the current model and reprioritise fan connection, that should be the focus ๐งต

One thing that has to be noted is that for the limited amount of competitive games so far we actually see a philosophy with Maresca. I saw that from Poch in GW33 and I think itโs a breath of fresh air. Also profiles players really well and the changes made felt decent.
They make it seem as if Osimhen scores ALL his chances or 1v1s Cut Jackson some slack

Felt Osimhen was a big risk, so relieved but the CF depth is shambles much like Caicedo's competitor. I really like Guiu but he's not ready. Best bet now is to go Felix/Nkunku at 9 to rotate with Nico. Not the worst option, unless you're transfer banned next season.
And on top of that Chelsea's attacking players (Felix, Nkunku, Mudryk, Jackson, Neto, Sancho, Palmer) aren't exactly known for tracking back or chasing opp. down with intensity after a lost ball. Maresca has a mountain to climb
Defensive transitions will be telling in terms of how well we fare this season. Even 2v3s feel like a fox in a chicken coop. Enzo-Veiga/Enzo-Lavia/Lavia-Veiga not the ideal pivot out of possession.
What an absolute joke. I know there is a wage structure and I get itโs but if this wasnโt realistic then why brief it all summer. Big expectations lead to big disappointment
