You actually wonder whether the league will need to mandate u21 places going forward. Never a fan of such intervention but the opportunities given to u21s in a league hardly flush with cash is ridiculous.
I have looked at comparing mins played by Scots u21 players in 🏴 Prem & Champ from 2007. Similar downward trend discernible in both leagues. What happened ca 2012-2013? 🤔
