This is appalling! The people are suffering and he can’t even take the time to talk to them? Time to replace this government. #VoteHimOut

The PM came to Lismore he will not talk to the community. The community who nearly drowned. The community who came to talk to him. To talk about what they need. He sent 50 police instead.

This is probably not going to be a popular view, but Shane Warne was just a guy who threw a ball at people that tried to hit it with a bit a wood. 🤷‍♂️ The PM sent a plane to Thailand to collect his body, while living people are stranded in Lismore without food. #NSWFloods

The depressing thing is there is no one who will step up and show leadership. They are all too worried about popularity and the economy to do any good.

Australians don’t want excuses. They don’t want distractions. They don’t want politics. They just want their leaders to fix this bloody mess.

Yessss - “a speech or a didgeridoo performance is not a substitute for curriculum” - Marcia Langton Tokenism is no subsititute for proper, systematic inclusion in the Aust curriculum. 🙌 #InfoOnline21

That worried me too #InfoOnline2021

I'm reluctant to support lawmaker & government access inside the 'black box' of social media platforms. There's a very careful balance with censorship & privacy that needs to be considered. We're not just talking about users who live in democracies @Timothyjgraham #InfoOnline21

Interesting comments by @cvklein about healthy questioning turning into agressive questioning. People are not passive online, we have agency. #InfoOnline21

Some commenters are suggesting that people believing conspiracy theories are less intelligent/educated. I think that’s a dangerous assumption. I’ve met doctors and other well educated ppl who believe or have time for some of these things. #infoOnline21

So important to really look at our own bias & judgements of people who are different to us in #libraries #InfoOnline21

Libraries need to be honest with themselves and see what signals they are sending for who is welcome and who isn’t. Everyone can improve, see where those places are. #InfoOnline21 @EricKlinenberg @ALIAonline

Covid-19 is exposing the holes and cracks in capitalism, kind of a 21st century Karl Marx. #CoronaVirus

Twenty-six Victorians under the age of 40 are currently in hospital with coronavirus. Five are in intensive care. No idea when – or if – they'll make it home. To anyone who still thinks this only affects older people: It doesn't.

Laughing that people are losing their mind over sorting books by colour. That’s too much work for me, so I sort by size... Each to their own.

I feel like coordinating books by color is one of those things you either love or are wrong about.

A person walks into a library and asks if there are any books about tortoises... Librarian: Hardback? Person: Yes, with little heads! 🐢 📗'Tortoises, terrapins, and turtles drawn from life’ by James de Carle Sowerby & Edward Lear, 1872. #TortoiseTuesday collection.sl.nsw.gov.au/record/74VKzQ0…
