I am the grand daughter of a freedom fighter, the only reason I can call myself Bangladeshi today is because of students just like me who fought and were martyred for our right to survive and speak our mother tongue. I urge everyone to learn and share as much as they can.
Today some of our MSYPs and climate change ambassadors supported primary aged young people in the park litter pick. Fantastic to see some peer mentoring and climate action! #ThisIsYouthWork #ClimateAction
Final Night of our fabulous school show, High School Musical! I am so proud of my fellow cast and crew that make every single one of these enjoyable to do and watch. No pictures of the actual show are allowed to be shared, so enjoy some really flattering backstage pictures!
This weekend was all about our equalities work with #arranpride we had a great day in the sun with 40 of our young people walking in the parade and providing wellbeing activities and of course 🏳️🌈✨ GLITTER ✨🏳️🌈 @NAYouth_Council
Today marked the first day of Arran Pride - which we travelled to Brodick to hold our equalities banner! We then took part in the celebrations where we became involved in educating ourselves about equality and ways to support the movements (through freebies)! Happy pride! 🏳️🌈
Yesterday, the exec and some other youth forums came together to be involved in some activities before Arran Pride! We were involved in cold water therapy and designing white shirts! It was great to be in the Arran Outdoor Centre again - since it’d been 5 years.
Today some of our equalities forum had some well-being time before #arranpride thank you to @ArranOutdoors for the space for us to do this 🏳️🌈
Times like this I regret doing social media for @NA_YouthExec and the @GV_YouthForum, because now I've run out of pictures and things to say about Arran Pride! It's been pretty fun, a highlight was definitely getting to lift the equalities banner near the front of the parade!
Last night, some of the exec took the ferry over to arran to spend the night before arran Pride today! More to come

Sorry for my long absence - I finally finished my exam diet yesterday and I’m currently preparing for some big events and projects later this year!! I’ll be more active during June since a lot of things are happening currently! I hope everyone has had a good exam period!! 📖
Last Saturday I attended my first National Champions meeting! This was mainly to get familiarised with both the resources and the group itself. There’s a lot more to come, but it was great to meet everyone - and start to plan for future sessions!! 🙌 #YoungWomenKnow
