The Washington Post investigated Safari’s privacy features and says they can’t match Brave’s protections. 💪 Read the full article to learn more 👇 washingtonpost.com/technology/202…

If you want a browser that protects your privacy, pick Brave. If you want that AND you want to preview upcoming features, check out our test version Brave Nightly on Android or desktop.

There are so many reasons to pick Brave over Chrome that we wrote a whole article about it. Check it out here: brave.com/compare/chrome…

Browsing with Brave > browsing with Chrome Here's how different the Internet looks with a built-in ad blocker:

Why you should block ads: 1. It makes websites look better. 2. It protects your privacy. 3. It saves data/bandwidth. 4. It speeds up browsing.

Michael Hall Reposted

It’s time to give users an easy choice of browsers, Google. If you really care about users, you’ll allow free and open competition so they can find the browser that suits their individual needs.

Michael Hall Reposted

Monopoly defenders argue that the monopolies simply offer better products. But as you can see, when consumers get a clear choice of iOS browsers, they're choosing alternatives to Safari. Maybe that's why Google still hasn't implemented a browser choice screen on Android.

Michael Hall Reposted

Why did Apple and Google make it hard to switch default browsers for so many years? Because it's a powerful way to block competitors. Just look at what happened to Brave installs on iPhone in the EU when Apple rolled out a new default browser choice screen on March 6th:

If you're an iPhone user in the EU, you'll be asked to pick a new default browser after you update to iOS 17.4 and open Safari. Choose Brave for the most private, convenient browsing experience possible! You can also set Brave as the default by going to Settings -> Safari.

Trend this year: UP. Yesterday's DAU hit 24,304,596 users, an ATH. YoY Growth by funnel method: MAU historical: 18%, visible 29% DAU historical: 22%, visible 31% With visible funnel growth, on-chain payouts coming, + a crypto bull started, 2024 looks like a very good year. 3/3

20% Growth yoy in a bear, not bad. If growth remains flat that puts the MAU around 80M and DAU at 30M. Bring on the bull and these go so much higher. On chain rewards will be a game changer for @Brave and $BAT as well.

Use Brave, and search without a trace!

We stopped talking about @brave, but to your surprise, around 23M people are still using it every day as their primary web3 browser. Also, $BAT became deflationary with a -0.37% rate in the past year. Brave buys back $BAT from exchanges. An Eye Opener Thread 🧵

Literally just install @Brave on @solanamobile and voila, your @solana phone becomes a multichain phone, for free. No Litecoin support though, primarily because it's 2023 (?!); @Brave team currently working to integrate L1 bitcoin support in Wallet though.

A phone that doesn't support Litecoin? What's the point??? 🤷‍♂️
