Rotator cuff couldn’t be fixed. Would need total shoulder reconstruction. Dr was able to scrape some scar tissue off top tendon. Said it looked like *original* injury was about 3yrs ago (derecho cleanup?) & fall I took from truck in Jan. was just latest out of multiple injuries.
