The story just keeps going on.... I'm mad y'all... I have never in my life... and she just kept laughing like it was all so funny...
Then I order a drink... go to pay with my app and she tries to tell me it didn't go through. I had $17 on the app and the total was $10 🙃🙃
Who informed her that the certain gift card I had chosen had a higher limit then I was putting on it... she should have know this...
Then this lady could not get a single gift card to work and after the third one she called someone over for help
Which would have been fine if it wouldn't have been in the middle of my transaction... so I had to wait longer....
Come to find out they charged her and made the WRONG drink!!! They had to refund her all of her money
And then they argued with her when she told them she never pays that much for her typical drink..
I waited in line for over 20 minutes... and there was ONE person in front of me making ONE order
I just had the worst experience @Starbucks I've ever had. I want to know how to unload money off my app bc I will not be back for a while
Why can't we all just be as happy as this woman?
