Roger Federer GOLD 🥇 Play your point. But be ready to move on to the next one immediately. - Life is all about the process. - Life is about the next play. - Life is about resilience. Failure is part of the process. Accept that and trust the process.

“Perfection is impossible.” Every coach and athlete needs to hear this from Roger Federer!

On this Memorial Day, let us remember that true leadership means placing the needs of others above our own. We honor the brave men and women of the military who have selflessly served our nation. Thank you for your sacrifice.

Win or go home (aka March Madness) is an exercise of resilience. When the best play the best it’s just as much about “moving on” from mistakes as it is avoiding them. Next play must must trump the last play. We all make mistakes yet winners move past them and make progress.
