In Al Qaa, Bekaa, where winter hits hard, UNHCR and @wvlebanon in coordination with DRM/DRR are providing essential relief items - mattresses, thermal blankets, solar lamps - to 3,416 displaced persons to help them stay warm and safe this winter.
