@Expedia After numerous phone calls, and filling out forms requested by Expedia to change the name they refused to do anything to fix the situation. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said that we should just go to the airport and see if they let him on.

1/ Travel industry is so scammy. @Expedia says I have 24-hrs to cancel/change a rsvn. Link in email confirm doesn't take me to a working page. I call a number, and person says they can't refund 100%. System is so clunky: change departure date, and return date has to be re-set.

Use direct airline apps. Their insurance too is a scam. Expedia left me stranded day of flight and prior didn’t cover a flight cancel. Never one issue w dealing w airlines direct. You cancel no issues. Credit or returned money.
