Watch Jonathan Pie and then go and vote the fuck out of Thursday.
BREAKING: The royal family, which leaked that it was investigating Meghan Markle for bullying, wants to keep the outcome of that investigation a secret because it didn't get the outcome it wanted. Totally legit and credible institution we have there x
So the then Foreign Secretary had to be stopped from imposing his mistress as head of office at the FCDO on c. £100,000 while his wife was being treated for cancer? And this utter moral and fiduciary delinquency is not newsworthy @BBCPolitics ?
The Strange Case of The Times's Disappearing Scoop About How Johnson Once Attempted to Instal His Mistress as His £100,000-a-year Chief of Staff. theneweuropean.co.uk/boris-johnson-…

BREAKING: Boris Johnson's spokesperson says he is very upset people won't stop talking about his super-injunction for #CarrieGate so please keep this a secret, okay? x
I'm allergic to conspiracy theories, but this, emphatically, is not one: that the current chaos in the UK, caused by a mixture of purpose & incompetence, is being used to degrade our civil liberties, trash our institutions & dismantle (the remaining semblance of) democracy.
One thing I was thinking is the The Conservative Party is pushing for more trade unions into going on strike so there is a summer of discontent so they can paint the unions as the boogeyman when they call an autumn general election just look at everything else they last week
I am fully committed to working for a reversal of Brexit & seeing our country resume its destiny at the top table in history's greatest-ever project for peace, progress & cooperation among nations.
Boris Johnson asked his ethics adviser to approve a “breach of the ministerial code” On this occasion the person in question said no and resigned. However can you just imagine how many times his nodding dogs have wilted under the pressure to break rules for him! He must go!
NEW: Letter from Lord Geidt toughens language on why he quit He says he “could not be party to advising on potential law breaking” Admits his resignation letter may have been too cautious
I do wonder if Zelensky is aware of Johnson’s visits to Levedev’s villa, the oligarchs who fund his party, and the fact May as PM never permitted him sight of sensitive documents. mirror.co.uk/news/politics/…
BREAKING: Arron Banks has lost his libel case against Carole Cadwalladr. Now would be a great time to laugh at Arron Banks! 😘
I am delighted. Even the deepest of pockets can’t defeat the truth.
It hasn’t sunk in yet but…SOME NEWS. I am so profoundly grateful & relieved. Thank you to the judge, my stellar legal team & the 29,000 people who contributed to my legal defence fund. I literally couldn’t have done it without you 🙏🙏🙏 theguardian.com/uk-news/2022/j…
The 🇬🇧 government is seriously unstable and deranged. I could weep at how they have demeaned our nation.
NB if we leave the ECHR we will be required to leave the Council of Europe. The only similar pariah state is the Russian Federation. The government is wilfully trashing our international reputation by repeated deliberate lawbreaking.
BREAKING: Boris Johnson wants to make Britain the second country to pull out of the European Convention on Human Rights. The other country is Russia and they did this because of the Ukraine war. Doesn't this make you proud to be British? x
Christopher Geidt is one of the most honourable men I have ever met. In the end he was a decent man working for an indecent prime minister. He thought he could discreetly bring about incremental change but he was repeatedly lied to by No 10. In honour Johnson should resign.
I think I might apply to be the PM’s independent advisor on the ministerial code. I presume there’s an open advert and recruitment process so I’m going to draft an application letter.
BREAKING: Priti Patel has explained giving Rwanda £120 million and spending £500,000 on a flight was definitely the most cost effective way of deporting zero refugees x
Ignorance personified. The ECHR - the convention and the court - have nothing to do with the EU or Brexit. We helped create and draft them long before we joined the EU.
Many British voters will be wondering why any European court or convention still has any power over the UK. The answer is that this government has still only half Brexit-ed. Perhaps today will remind HMG to change that. Urgently. Otherwise it’s on them.
