customer service @LATAMAirlines in is terrible. Their system will not allow me to purchase baggage online. I have tried multiple times with multiple cards. I have called and tried to resolve the issue. Gate agents in Cuenca, Ecuador were very unprofessional.
I don't understand how everything in America can be labeled a "hate crime" when there is no evidence of motive, but when a group of terrorists openly declare that they want to annihilate all the Jews and ambush Israel, suddenly people are like “they must have their reasons.” 🤷🏻♀️

To the 6 @AmericanAir agents who told me I would not receive a refund, I just received one. I would say thank you. However, AA just told me they made a special “exception”. What happened to just doing what is right? Thank u AA Twitter team for your quick responses and results.

Don’t like it when @AmericanAir pilot announces 35 min delayed push caused by my “400 lb. wheelchair.” Fielding uncomfortable glances from pax when blame lies squarely on AA. Should’ve prefaced with “our team lacks training to handle wheelchairs & we ignore civil rights laws.”
There’s no way @AmericanAir cares about the customer experience given my past 6 hour experience trying to connect with management to resolve my issue. TERRIBLE!! 😡😤🤬🤯
@AmericanAir Charged a $50 to use a flight voucher for a Covid-cancelled flight. When cancelled, agent clearly told me no fee would be levied. Terrible return to the skies.

@AmericanAir says pet carriers can’t be collapsable, but their website says otherwise 🤔
