No. It appears @MarkGerretsen is. Stop with the nonsense. The only party who delayed the conversion therapy ban is the Liberals. The only reason anyone was admonished in the House was because Liberals are in contempt of Parliament. Lying about both doesn’t change the facts.
How about our right to full public health care? This is a bad look for @hassan_yussuff: hope your Senate seat is worth the sell-out of your brothers and sisters.
I think in the long run we will look back and say that perhaps nobody has done more to undermine Indigenous-settler relations than Trudeau. Harper was bad. No doubt. But nobody trusted him. Trudeau had so much trust and goodwill. But he felt entitled to it. He squandered it.
Today, on National Indigenous Peoples Day, we celebrate the vibrant and diverse cultures, languages, and traditions of First Nations, Inuit, and Métis peoples. But as we do that, we must also acknowledge that there is much more work to do to advance truth and reconciliation.
