Pray those 5 daily prayers, workout, read Quran, eat intentionally, study, read books, everything shower and just have sabr. Allah will take care of everything

Alhamdulillah for your current situation (test), it could have been worse. Allah gave you your test according to your capacity and that is from His Mercy and Kindness to you.
