I keep seeing video and pictures of shallow Russian trenches and fighting positions without overhead cover or adequate depth.

These guys can easily create a 10 hour movie with all the material that is being released. The Galician platoon of the 2nd assault battalion of the 3rd Separate Assault Brigade succesfully assaults and takes over a Russian position.

Volunteers who would not be allowed anywhere near the battlefield in a U.S.-led war are active in Ukraine, with ready access to weapons. Some have wasted money or stolen valor. Others cloaked themselves in charity while also trying to profit off the war. nyti.ms/3ndk0n2

Insightful reporting from a deeply researched piece on the arc that brought UKR Armed Forces to the one year point. Hopefully more on this from @JackDetsch

Putin has been stealing from the Russian people for 23 years. His invasion of Ukraine has allowed him to cement his control over them by engaging in a campaign of total repression against them. “Ukraine is not his last stop” says @Billbrowder

The price of the “air raid alarm is over”. Ukrainian fighter pilot Taras Redkin, when his jet got damaged and started loosing control, did all it took to steer the jet away from residential area. Taras did not have time to eject and died as his plane crashed into the ground.
