A message to the Chinese government to stop blocking strong UN Security Council action on Myanmar, including a global arms embargo and global sanctions against the junta's revenue that is financing the slaughter of pro-democracy protesters. apnews.com/article/world-…

Jarring footage. These are troops from #Myanmar's notorious 77th Light Infantry Division, whose brutality has been widely documented.

Knowing Int’l community’s reliance on sanctions and statements, LID 77 is happily dancing & tiktoking while murdering hundreds of unarmed civilians. Truly unfazed by continuous slaughtering innocent people to retain power. @matthewfsmith @poppymcp

Thank you for my Easter egg. This was made by a 15 year old girl in Myanmar who has been forced into leaving Yangon to hide from the junta. Currently, she must walk to the closest mall to get internet to read information and chat with friends. #WhatsHappeninglnMyanmar

Padauk flowers, one symbol for Myanmar water festival (Thingyan), blossom on Monday in Myanmar. Protesters decorate anti-coup slogans using them. Thingyan has always been an important culture of Myanmar which citizens will miss, again this year, to celebrate due to coup.

Paudauk is a flower which blooms in April to coincide with the Myanmar New Year Festival - one which will look very different this year. But despite the continued threat to life - thousands of people are keeping up their presence in the pro-democracy anti-military movement.
