Star Sign is out now! After more than 3 years of work it is finally here. Swing around and slingshot your way through large levels in this fast 3D-Platformer. Check it out on Steam! #indiegame #gamedev #IndieGameDev #indiedev #platformer

twitch.tv/speedromizer Star Sign Speedrun for the charity even Speedromizer V is going live now! Thanks for making the game @JoelObrist! Can't wait to show off the event!

Been experimenting with Godot lately. Made a simple first person controller and some environments. #GodotEngine #gamedev

Added settings for different skyboxes and lighting to the level editor for my 3D platformer #indiegame #gamedev #IndieGameDev #platformer

Why play through the level as intended when you could just slingshot to the other end of the map?

if you're currently working on a video game, take a short break, pick a number in your code or data files, multiply it by 1000, and post the results

Hello new followers! 😊 You can also follow us on Steam and put the game on your wishlist. Link in comments. ⬇️

Added different variations of some assets to the level editor and also did all of the icons for the drag and drop UI ✨✨🌟✨✨ #indiegame #gamedev #IndieGameDev #platformer

Implemented drag and drop, added more objects, and added some trajectory indicators to help with placing objects in the level editor. Still need to make a bunch of icons and other UI stuff, but I'm very happy with the progress 🌟✨🌟 #indiegame #gamedev #IndieGameDev #platformer

Added the ziplines to the level editor. Used the same dashed line as with the portals to show how they connect. #indiegame #gamedev #IndieGameDev #indiedev #platformer

Added this dotted line to the level editor to indicate to the player how the portals are connected 🌟🌀🌟 #indiegame #gamedev #IndieGameDev #indiedev #platformer

My second attempt at making a level editor for my 3D-platformer Star Sign. I really want to finish it this time. It would be so cool to see what players build with it. #indiegame #gamedev #IndieGameDev #indiedev #platformer

Enemies now attack the player when they are close enough. Also added the logic for taking damage and a death animation. #IndieGameDev #gamedev #indiegame

First attempt at a very basic enemy behavior. For starters, I made the enemy patrol between points. When the player gets close, the enemy chases them. I'm using animations and a model from the asset store until I get around to making my own. #IndieGameDev #gamedev #indiegame

There is also currently this issue where the arms of other players jitter like this. Poor little guy looks so nervous 😄 #IndieGameDev #gamedev #indiegame

My fps now has multiplayer. Not quite sure if I understand even half the code I wrote but it works! For some reason it is really hard to hit each other...maybe we both just have terrible aim 🤔 #IndieGameDev #gamedev #indiegame

Added a simple muzzle flash, bullet trail, and bullet hole decals #IndieGameDev #gamedev #indiegame

The FPS-controller so far includes: swaying, bobbing, recoil, camera shake, aiming, some SFX and different firing modes like semi-/full-auto and burst. Probably going to work on a muzzle flash and some weapon animations next 💥🔫 #IndieGameDev #gamedev #indiegame
