Back from 6 days hiking in Northumbria just in time for the fab late night Mali Prom @BBCRadio3 My 2024 Proms so far have been wonderfully eclectic - Monteverdi (with breakdancing), Disco (with sequins), Mahler, the vast War Requiem and a fun organ recital. I so love @bbcproms

I love this time of year - blossom and daffodils all around and our Spring concert @QPSingers . Singing Mozart's Missa Brevis and Poulenc's Gloria in St Marylebone's parish church was just GLORIOUS.
If you've got a Hidden London tour of Baker St station booked, look away now! 161 years old yesterday - first underground in the world. Highlights include the tiles (gorgeous blue, cream and white) and exterior roof view of an escalator. Do go, it's another cracker @ltmuseum
