Prof. Lin-bao Luo (School of microelectronics, Hefei University of Technology) visited UniOulu and our group last Thursday and Friday. We not only discussed research, but also went hiking in the forest. It was a really pleasant time.
Prof. Wei-Hung Chiang (Department of Chemical Engineering, National Taiwan University of Science and Technology) visited UniOulu and our group this week. He gave one lecture of "Microplasma Engineering of Nanomaterials Synthesis and Applications" to us. It was a happy time!
Our postdoc, Yingqi Zhao, visited Prof. Jinglai Duan´s group at Institute of Modern Physics, Chinese Academy of Science, Lanzhou,China to discuss collaboration and give a talk: Plasmonic Nanogap-enhanced Single-molecule Raman Spectroscopy: Towards Single-protein Raman Sequencing.
Dr. Francesco De Angelis (Plasmon Nanotechnology, Italian Institute of Technology) visited UniOulu and our group yesterday. He gave one lecture of "Hybrid interfaces between nanosensors and living cells" to UniOulu researchers. It's our pleasure to have lunch and chat with him.
