Ok heads up- I hate most crowdfunded projects and never recommend one before I've completed the review, but a couple of people have asked me about the Gluon arm. I've had it on the bench for a week now, here's what I can tell you:
I'm probably getting an Innfos Gluon next year. I'm glad I didn't buy into the Hexbot kickstarter now that cheap, precise 6DOF arms are just around the corner. Don't get me wrong, Hexbots have huge potential, they're just not 6DOF. (RJ-45 is the plug used for Ethernet
Best part about this job is every day I get to learn something new. Yesterday, punching things. Today...well I have this crazy @InnfosDrive anodized aluminum and carbon fiber robot arm and...no clue😅 Guess I'm going to have to learn how to talk robot through an RJ-45 port🤖🤓
