I don't see a way around the plain fact that crafting has just made Destiny worse overall The problem is that it feels like Pandora's Box is open. Make crafting an *easier* grind and you just devalue loot investment even further. Its mere existence is the problem
Crafting has had such a shitty impact on Destiny - the 'red boarder' grind, devaluing drops, less incentive to re-run raids, Adept weapons pointless, vaults full of red-boarder guns, etc. This should have been an *addition* to the game, not the new central focus point.
