Bad Airline!!! It’s 2 weeks now I flew with @SAS , and yet my checked in baggage hasn’t arrived my destination!. I’ve sent multiple emails and filed a report via your website and you keep telling me you can’t find my baggage????
Can I order up my bags. I would gladly give up food if I had my bags. Your airline is a disgrace. Your customer service non-existent.

@AerLingus I contacted you on behalf of my Father as he had Covid on July 11 2024 & couldnt fly. We received a case number, but nobody has got in touch in the last 2 months.
Witness lost luggage and no one caring where the hell 7 bags have got to. 4 days waiting and NO HELP!
It’s feeling pretty dark here with no bags - 7 lost 4 days ago and you’ve been no help finding them yet!

@Delta if you are using @KLM as your authorised partner, you still have responsibility to the people who have paid YOU a lot of money for their tickets. 'It's not our problem' attitude to lost baggage is really disappointing and let's your company down. @EmmaTumelt24607
@airfrance @AirFranceKLM @skyteam @AirFranceUS We fly 50+ times/yr rarely have luggage arrive late. Worst arrives next Morning. Until Air France from Amsterdam to Paris, THREE days 1 of our 2 bags still “in transit.” Total incompetence.

I’m not fact checking you. You just tweeted something outrageous so I’m asking you. Since you have seen the interaction, I guess your phone was tucked way down your bag.. you want workers to be fired but you seem to have an issue with it
@FlyFrontier continues to suck. Asked them for a brief extension on a voucher they gave me for delaying my flight six hours and they said no. And they wonder why.
Hey @FlyFrontier What’s your explanation for this treatment of a mother and her children? You delay the flight and then you want to bully people off because you overbooked. Can you explain yourselves please?

@FlySWISS I'm terribly disappointed. Spent already hours on the phone, chatting, sending complaint email in the last month but still cannot get back the connection flight (Seoul/ICN - Hanoi/HAN) that got disappeared in my booking. What can I do??

@easyJet Sunday: To Bilbao to catch plane to Manchester. Told flight cancelled. Next flight offered, Wednesday via Zurich As we took off told that connecting flight cancelled Went BA to CDG- slept overnight in the airport Thurs flew to Manchester They declined our compo claim
I watched them kick off a mom and special needs kid who wouldn’t keep his mask on. They were in a row by themselves. That also was @SouthwestAir We tried to reason with the attendant who then threatened all of us with being removed. Nazi level behavior.
I know even posting here is useless, unless I don’t have people to hear my problem it’s a waste blurting here on any social platform! All i can say is as customer i feel helpless, there is nothing i can do but follow ups and wait. @ZARA @OrganicConsumer @_AmancioOrtega
It’s been a week @FlySWISS @FlyingBrussels my luggage is still not there and i didn’t receive refund for all the clothes and necessities i had to buy, what terrible service
Yet to hear have filled your forms and sent 2 mails to dolfi1920 your partner in issues with baggage and customer service hope to see a resolution and compensation for the 3 bags that have been damaged by @FlySWISS before I fly out of Berlin on 26th sep cheers!
