Since 2016 I have been on record saying that Energy sector has the capacity to not only sink the government but the state of Pakistan and not informally but recorded minutes of CCOE. Having said that, I will still point out that the key issue is 20% T&D and 10 % revenue loss.1/3
Another key area is energy. Electricity generation in South Korea and Vietnam is dominated by the State sector. It appears that the IPP model has failed in Pakistan. We need to look into this as we need some out of the box solutions. The WB inspired model has failed
