Let me be unequivocally clear: I AM STILL IN THE RACE. The notion that I would step down on the eve of the election, after the overwhelming support received from the good people of our State, borders on delusion.

I must, for the best interest of our nation, continue to add my voice against the ever-rising tide of insecurity in Nigeria. It has cost us precious lives, caused damage to properties and denied us opportunities for progress and development.

A road project was awarded for a fanciful figure plucked out of the sky (N15 trn). From awarding to actually destroying property along the proposed right of way took literally a few weeks - this must have been the quickest contract to mobilisation turnaround in Nigerian Road…

I left the UK and returned to Nigeria to start my career in March 2013. Most of the Nigerian international students I went to uni with had already returned since 2012. Nearly all of us who came back started planning to escape from Nigeria in 2016. There was only one thing that…

I really do not bother on negativities, but I have seen the need to clarify some issues. It is quite appalling that I am now being threatened in the open by the same persons who cheered while I complained that my identity was stolen. Rather than caution and delete, you cheered,…

I just read on the daily, this morning, about the concerns from stakeholders in our agriculture sector over the worsening food insecurity in Nigeria. While I have consistently and publicly voiced my worries over this growing food crisis,

Nigerians must vehemently denounce and condemn the decision of Nigeria's Accountant-General's Office to hold a workshop in London. This decision is not only unacceptable but also deeply troubling on multiple levels.

When Dora Akunyili died, nobody had to explain anything. When Dele Giwa died, there was not one word of shalaye anywhere. When a person who has left a good legacy dies, there is never any controversy. It is self-evident. The explanations are in themselves an indictment.

Again, the voices of condemnation from the southwest must drown voices like this out, because whether they are a noisy minority or not, they are slowly, incrementally rewriting history - and doing so IN YOUR NAME. In a few years, nobody will remember that it was "not all..."🚶🏿‍♂️

What the Yoruba never realized till now is that the ibo had declared war on us in our land before now, go to any ibo trader now, they have what they call Emilokan price, and they will inflate the price of the goods once they know you are Yoruba and sell far cheaper for others.
