Has the UPDF explained why it was necessary for armed soldiers to go into student halls at night and beat up students of Makerere University? What possible explanation could there be? That what? Wanji?
I actually feel traumatised...you are supposed to be protecting people of this nation....but due to corwadise even when you have guns...you still stand proud on your 2 feet moreover in the night and attack students who are sleeping and shamelessly even attack the disabled
