To many carbs can raise your triglycerides too.

I had blood work the other day, results came back, I'm a dead man walking. The triglycerides is 376 when it should be 149. Susceptible to heart attack or stroke. Absolutely I'll do my best to curb fat, see you steaks! Ugh! Even though, "death is part of life" so live it up.

I find it curious why Trump nominated Matt Gaetz in the first place, knowing damn well what Gaetz was up too? It was a stupid move, period. Tells me volumes about Trump's decision-making skills, but Hell I knew that. Trump has zero critical thinking, there's nothing there.

When Trump won the election, OJ crossed my mind. It was a stinger, just like the 16' election too. But we got over it. We pulled out the stinger, and we made the most of it. Trump increased the deficit a trillion giving tax breaks to the well to do. This time will be worst.
