I booked a flight with @FlyFrontier to Puerto Rico in December. So far almost every week since I booked the ticket the flights times have been changed. Basically cutting a 4 day trip until a 2 day trip for the same price. I’m over it. Idk why I tried anything other than Delta.

@FlyFrontier First time trying to fly your airline and I can’t be more disappointed. Flight got cancelled and no help getting us to our connecting flight despite a 5 1/2 layover. Can’t get ahold of CS because your phone system doesn’t recognize anything.

@FlyFrontier your Customer service is awful!! First they cancel our original flight. Then they mark or over weight bag with a limited liability tag and break our other bag. Buttttt because of the tag on the one bag will not replace the bag they broke.

Man they “delayed” my return flight on vacation 4 times and then lied about having a spare plane for us and when it was all over we waited for 13 hours at the airport and they generously gave us a $20 voucher to eat all day while sandwhiches were $18 😂😂😂

Had a dream trip planned and @FlyFrontier cancelled our flight with less than 24 hour notice and offered no alternative flight. We had to cancel our entire trip which we won’t be able to rebook in the future. Don’t book any important trip with Frontier!

After today’s, will never @FlyFrontier again. I brought a backpack that I checked with staff who said it was small enough for a personal item b4 security. At the gate, even though it fit the box, wouldn’t let me in & was forced to pay for it. How does this make sense? Ridiculous.

The attendant wouldn’t even call the front desk to confirm. The service nowadays is getting insane. The lack of consistency and willingness just to talk to a passenger is poor service. Just keep repeating the same phrase “pay or don’t board.” @FlyFrontier what a shame.

Will never fly Frontier again. Cost me $179 to check a bag that was 3lbs over from Cleveland to LaGuardia! Couldn’t even believe it. Fly American this same route multiple times a month and has NEVER happened before. STRAIGHT CRAZY! I’ll drive before I fly you guys again!
