This unusual-appearing pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma has a clear cell phenotype; we considered spread from a renal cell carcinoma and found loss of DPC4/SMAD4 helpful, as noted years ago. PMID: 10623651; PMCID: PMC1868651.
