Fyi, this is the standard operating procedure of IT MNCs. Same thing done to me. Removed from project, meetings, blindsided by leadership/HR with unscheduled "meetings" and issued various threatening notices, warnings, faced NONSTOP discrimination & harassment, asked to resign 😡
Typical strategy of IT MNCs. All doing discrimination and harassment against women employees. These MNCs do propaganda & buy awards for "the best workplace for women." Yes, these MNCs are best, in doing retaliation against women employees who raise complaints of bullying by mgrs.
Arguments in sexual harassment appeal against @TCS #InternalComplaintsCommitee #ICC were closed last week after a 4 years long legal battle. The case was finally posted for order on this Friday. Ahead of judgement, victimization on the women employee was increased at workplace.
4 years, 50 hearings, she appeared in court for 20, had to go to advocate office many times for discussions, balanced her job & rated as high performer (these 4 years got only A band or B band) - this #woman employee deserves #justice or not? @TCS @RNTata2000 @LabourMinistry @ilo

The awaited #verdict in #sexual #harassment case against @TCS #InternalComplianceCommittee #ICC is expected on Friday (14/7/2023). Today just 2 days prior to judgement the victim was released from the project. The point is victim was given the rating of A band in April 2023.
