I always thought a settlement was likely but I'm surprised the plaintiffs agreed to this amount. This doesn't even make the UFC break stride and does nothing for future fight contracts. Shame.
The UFC antitrust lawsuit will no longer go to trial. The two parties have settled with the UFC agreeing to pay out $335 million to close out the lawsuits The company anticipates that the payout will be tax deductible. Details coming to @MMAFighting

With the amount of waiting and speculating involved leading up to the UFC 300 main event announcement, there was no fight that was going to meet the expectations. Pereira/Hill, DDP/Izzy, Leon/Belal are all great title matchups, but fans wanted a mega fight that didn't exist.
