Speaking during the dinner, Ambassador Mary O’Neill reaffirmed Ireland’s 🇮🇪 commitment to #GenderEquality and the empowerment of women, and echoed the importance of solidarity - among women and between generations - in achieving positive change.
To celebrate #StBrigidsDay 🇮🇪, Ambassador O’Neill hosted a dinner with Tanzanian 🇹🇿 women trailblazers from government, private sector and civil society to share their stories of breaking the glass ceiling to leadership and economic empowerment.
