Democrats control the White House and Senate until January 3, 2025. They need to treat the next two months as if a fascist is taking over to fundamentally change America. They have levers of power. They need to use them. This cannot be business as usual.
Take all the time you need to mourn and grieve. It doesn’t mean you’ve given up. It means you know what’s been lost & the price it will cost to get it back.
If you ever needed an example of what black women mean when they say they have to work twice as hard and needing to be twice as good to still only get half as much… The 2024 election was the only example you’ll ever need.
