I can't think of any other company I've ever dealt with that was as much of a hot mess and pain as AT&T. They couldn't grab it with both hands, a map, a GPS and a seeing eye dog. It's far past mathematical probabilities to mistakenly screw things up this bad and often.
Mac DAW people: The word's out: M1 officially dumped any and all forms of Firewire/1394. The chip doesn't even know how to recognize it. Think about that before buying it. It's not THAT fast in the real world, and means having to replace your FW equipment.
