What does the "Live" part represent @IRONMANLive ?? #IMTX

.@BStulberg @DrPhilipSkiba that's like judging an Olympic medalist on their failures and saying they're actually a bad athlete.

.@mattcingram I use a Garmin 235 with the connect IQ app. The pace is way out on the app but the other metrics look good.

.@BScott_SportSci preferably they would have a newer watch or run with their phone because data's crap off older watches. Fun gadget though.

Out with old in with the new @strydrunning Now to see if it lives up to its claims. #phdlife

Bringing sport science to the people. My new site.

.@Sub2hrs @BodyCap metab heat is a function of RER + VO2 no need for core temp. Core temp relates to cooling so your estimate could be off.

.@Sub2hrs skin temp? Would provide a better picture of cooling. How did you collect core temp data from the pill without carrying a device?

Good to see @nzherald hitting the big news. Inside is alcohol abuse stories. At least it's light beer I guess. #sellout

.@IMAntiDoping @IRONMANtri how about actually catching or reporting dopers. And not just 1 every 5yrs from dodgy European countries.

Peter Sagan's VO2 max test result 83 ml/kg/min at the beginning of his career. Resting heart rate 37. (Pluska.sk)

.@pstriathlon @AaronWebstey I mean I don't think she's doping.

.@BScott_SportSci that's cool. What other measures did you take? Be interesting to see Glu + Ket after refeeding.

.@Sub2hrs have you tried a ketone Ester or similar (not Salts) and have you tried MCTs? What carbo load protocol are you using? #science

.@TRS_tri I don't think it's a lot for what you offer. One of the challenges of operating a on a normally free medium I guess.
