Be careful not to compare yourself with others. The only person you should be competing with is yourself.


The bible claims it is a sin to worry, but there is no specific lesson to end it. Meditation is a distinct exercise to stop endless worry. This calms the body and frees up energy, reduces exhaustion. Happiness emerges from this.


To keep the body in good health is a duty… otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear.


The mind is everything, you think what you become.


When you send out your anger, it reflects in others and comes back. Peace is freedom and there is no more struggle.


Why choose pain? Choose decisions that bring you happiness and relief.


Meditation sounds funny. But does this sound funny? Meditation clears/quiets the minds stress/useless repetitive thinking. It breaks thought concepts down so that you have a clearer understanding to "reprogram" negative thinking patterns.


Nothing can harm you as much as your own thoughts unguarded.


LET IT GO. Never ruin a good day by thinking about a bad yesterday.


If you truly loved yourself, you could never hurt another.


If your action is poor, use the opposite thought to work against it.
